If you are in need of an ongoing IT support service we have options available at reasonable prices

Consumers, Seniors and Concession Card holders should not have to pay a business rate for assistance that does not have the complexity of business services.  Therefore we have reduced our rates for Consumers, Seniors and Concession Card holders.

Seniors/Concession Rate - $40

Must have a valid Concession Card

Consumer Rate - $60

Covers all non-emergency work

Emergency Consumer Rate - $80

For the times your computer decides to die during your end of year essay is due and you need that document now!

Rates are per hour, charged in 15 minute increments or part there of.

In most cases support can be performed remotely or you can bring your equipment to us.  If you require onsite assistance there is a callout fee (minimum of 1hr) which includes travel time.  Rate reverts to standard timing going forward.
